The quilts should be squared up, long threads on the back cut off, and the whole quilt should be pressed. Borders should also be straight with no wavy lines. We can help with these preparations at an additional charge. Allow 3 to 4 inches on the each top, bottom and sides of your backing fabric. Do not use sheets as backing fabric.

When shipping your quilt, include a printed copy of the simple order form with your quilt. Ship your quilt in a box that is much larger than necessary as your quilt will be much larger when it is returned to you. Please include a $50 deposit with your quilt in the form of check or money order.

We will finish the work order when we receive your quilt. Please supply an email or a fax number, so that a final quote can be sent after we have received your quilt and examined it. You must then sign off on the amount and OK our services before any work will be done.
